Accessing the site:

1. Go to http://www.mel.org

2. Click on "Tests and Tutorials" from the buttons on the left.

3. From a public school/library, you will go right into the Learning Express Library main page. >From home, you will need to enter a driver's license number or library card to verify your MI residency.

4. At the Learning Express Library main page, click on "Register" under New User.

5. Create your login (write it down for future use). Click "Register".
