Crestwood School District is one of
four school districts that serve the
City of Dearborn Heights, a western suburb of Detroit, Michigan. The
following statistics refer only to the Crestwood community.
The mission of the Crestwood School District in partnership with parents/guardians and
the community is to educate all students to high levels of academic
performance and the skills and behaviors needed to prepare for their
success. We believe that all students can learn and accept the
responsibility to teach all students the essential curriculum.
Crestwood has been a K-12 school district since 1962. Prior to that time
our high school students attended neighboring districts. We operate three
elementary schools (grades K-4), one middle school (grades 5-8), one high
school (grades 9-12) and several Pre-K programs.
