Required documents for registration include:

• Copy of child’s birth certificate

• Copy of up-to-date immunization records - Immunization Requirements from the Michigan Department of Community Health

• Completed Child Information Record

• Arabic language version of the Child Information Record

• Completed Health Appraisal Form

• $75.00 non-refundable registration fee for the first child and $15.00 for each additional child

CHBC 3 Year Old Tuition Preschool - half day

• Location: CHBC   

• Days in Session: Tuesday/Thursday

• AM Session 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM or PM Session 1:00 PM -  4:00 PM

• Annual Tuition: $1080.00, Monthly Cost: $120.00

• Tuition payments are due monthly from September - May.

CHBC 4 Year Old  Tuition Preschool - half day

• Location: CHBC,  Days in Session: Monday/Wednesday/Friday

GSRP Free Preschool for 4 year olds - all day

• Great Start Readiness Program is a state of Michigan funded preschool program for four-year-old children with factors which may place them at risk of educational failure, qualification required.

• Location: CHBC   

• Days in Session: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

• 8:15 am to 3:15 pm

Crestwood Child Care Program - Tuition Pre-Kindergarten Readiness 

• Location: Crestwood High School

• Days in Session: Monday/Wednesday/Friday

• Session #1 8:00 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. or Session #2 9:15 a.m. to 1:50 p.m.

• Tuition fee is $17.00 per day
