As an update to the 2016 Bond Approval for the Crestwood Schools, please see our progress, expenditure costs, and projected funds remaining to complete additional Bond Projects based on the Scope of the Bond and our needs as a District and Community.
CSD 2016 Bond Program Budget Summary
Our current goal is to close out the "in process jobs" by February of 2020. Our General Contractor AUCH and our Consulting Firm Plante Moran have scheduled a large amount of work to be completed over the Holiday Break.
There will be a focus on:
- Heating Systems/Controls
- Restroom Needs
- Waxing and Cleaning the floors at Riverside
- Security upgrades

Michigan Homestead Property Tax Credit calculator
The Michigan Homestead Property Tax Credit may benefit Households that pay homestead property taxes greater than 3.5% of their annual income. Eligible households may deduct part of the millage increase cost up to a $1,200 Homestead Tax Credit limit. The eligibility of credit begins to decrease after household income exceeds $41,001 and ends complete after the household income exceeds $50,001.
