School Closing Information
CRESTWOOD SCHOOL DISTRICT PARTICIPATES IN THE DETROIT MEDIA SCHOOL CLOSING ALLIANCE. This new "Alliance" consists of 
WJBK-TV (FOX 2), WDIV-TV (Local 4), WXYZ-TV (Channel 7), WWJ-TV (CBS Detroit), WKBD-TV (CW50), WWJ Newsradio 950 and News/Talk WJR-AM 760. These major local news outlets have joined forces to form a new school closings partnership to better serve our schools and our communities. Closing announcements from this combined system will be broadcast on all key local TV and Radio news stations along with relevant websites within minutes.
