Crestwood Schools is proud to announce a new partnership with local physician, and CHS alumnus, Dr. Mohammad Ibrahim of Elite Sports and Regenerative Medicine in support of our Athletic Trainer, Mr. Nate Weber, and our student athletes.

Dr. Ibrahim brings an exceptional level of expertise to this partnership. He is quadruple board-certified and completed his sports medicine fellowship at Michigan Medicine. In addition, he has served as a team physician for several high-level athletic organizations, including the Grand Rapids Griffins (AHL affiliate of the Detroit Red Wings), Grand Rapids Rise professional volleyball team, Grand Valley State University, and Major League Pickleball. Through these roles, he has provided care for athletes competing at both collegiate and professional levels.

We are grateful for Dr. Ibrahim’s partnership and the high standard of care he will bring to Crestwood. His experience and specialized training will be an invaluable resource in supporting Mr. Weber and ensuring the health, safety, and performance of our student athletes.

We also want to recognize and thank Dr. Ali Nasrallah of Family Doc, Dr. Hussein Saad of Michigan Orthopedics, and Dr. Mohamed Elhasan of MaxPro Rehab, for their continued support of our student athletes.

With this combined group of local physicians, our student athletes are in great hands.
