The Crestwood School District Parent / Community Sex Education Survey:
Informational Letter
The Crestwood School District would like parents and community members to complete an anonymous, electronic survey concerning district sex and reproductive health education. The state of Michigan requires a periodic review of this curriculum and your responses will help the school district to revise and improve all Sex Education/Reproductive Health Program curricula. There are only 22 questions and the survey can be completed in a few minutes. The findings from this survey will be shared with the community in multiple formats and will be made publicly available on the school district web page. Thank you again for your assistance!
