Crestwood School District's 21st Century Virtual Learning Program is a multifaceted approach to online learning and consists of daily rigorous synchronous and asynchronous online instruction; continuous feedback and support by highly qualified staff and the extended opportunity for students to remain actively engaged in extracurricular activities.

Parent(s)/Guardian: complete this application if you are interested in registering future 7th -12th grade students in the Crestwood School District's 21st Century Virtual Learning Program for the 2024/2025 School Year. Completion of one application per student is required.  Acceptance to the 21st Century Virtual Learning Program is dependent on students meeting eligibility requirements and availability, acceptance is NOT guaranteed. 21st Century Virtual Learning Program applications will be accepted March 27th through the end of May 26th, 2024. Parents will be notified of acceptance by June 16th, 2024. The program will follow the same school calendar and daily instructional hours as face-to-face students. Student may be allowed to participate in extracurricular activities and athletics in accordance with MHSAA guidelines and school code of conduct policy.
